Who are your shipping partners within the US?

We ship with DHL, USPS and UPS to complete delivery.

All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rate: We Provide Free Shipping For All Orders in the US with a provided coupon code (international orders outside of the US must pay for shipping).

Order cutoff time, Handling time, & Transit time:

Order cutoff time: 5:00 p.m. EST

Handling time: 0 to 1 day (Monday to Friday GMT -05:00) EST

Transit time: 1 to 4 days (Monday to Friday GMT -05:00) EST

Local Pickup: 

In-Store Pickup available Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (EST). An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the shop to make arrangements.

Local Delivery:

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (EST). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Uptake LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at uptakeclothingllc@gmail.comwith your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
